At Luna Secret, we understand that discretion, timing, and reliability are essential. Every order is handled with care to ensure a seamless, private, and worry-free delivery experience.
Discreet Packaging
Absolutely. Your privacy is always our priority. All Luna Secret orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging, with the sender listed as “LS” — never “Luna Secret”. There are no product descriptions or branding visible on the outside of your parcel, ensuring your order remains completely discreet.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
While we do our best to deliver orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, peak periods, or courier network disruptions. To ensure your items arrive exactly when you need them — whether for a special occasion or a quiet, private moment — we recommend selecting 2-Hour Delivery at checkout where available.
Standard Delivery
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days
- Processing time: Up to 3 business days
- Regional and remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
Express Post
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days
- Processing time: Up to 3 business days
- For planning purposes, please allow up to 7 business days before contacting us regarding delivery
2-Hour Delivery (Adelaide Metro Only)
If you are located within the Adelaide metro area, you can enjoy our 2-Hour Delivery service when you place your order between 9:00am and 11:00pm, seven days a week.
How it works:
- Select 2-Hour Delivery at checkout
- Your order will arrive within 2 hours of receiving your order confirmation email
- Once your order is collected by our courier, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor delivery in real time
Important notes:
- 2-Hour Delivery is available to residential and commercial addresses only
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
- Orders placed outside service hours will be scheduled for delivery from 9:00am the following day, in order of receipt
Occasionally, delivery may take slightly longer due to high demand, traffic conditions, or adverse weather. If you have any concerns, please contact Luna, your Intimacy Concierge, and we’ll assist you discreetly.

If You’re Not Home for 2-Hour Delivery
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in the safest available location at the address provided. You may also leave delivery instructions at checkout to guide the courier to your preferred drop-off spot. Please note that Luna Secret cannot accept claims for lost or stolen parcels for 2-Hour Delivery orders after 3 days from the purchase date.
Split Shipments & Out-of-Stock Items
We aim to ship your order in one complete delivery whenever possible. If part of your order is temporarily unavailable:
- Available items will be dispatched first
- Remaining items will be sent via Express Post at no additional cost
- Express deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days
- Tracking details will be emailed once dispatched

- Standard & Express Delivery: Available across Australia
- 2-Hour Delivery: Available within the Adelaide metropolitan area only, between 9:00am and 11:00pm

- Standard Delivery: $8 flat rate(Free on orders over $69)
- Express Post: $15
- 2-Hour Delivery: $20
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
We’re sorry if your order hasn’t arrived as expected. Once an order has been dispatched and is in the care of a third-party courier, Luna Secret cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. However, we are always here to help. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact Luna, your Intimacy Concierge, and we’ll do our best to support you discreetly and promptly.
